Loft apartment located only a few steps from the center with enclosed private parking. On the 54m2, you have at your disposal, on one side, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, dining area and a partially separate work area, on the other side, a cozy bedroom with a quality spring mattress and a stylish cosmetic corner. The bedroom is oriented to the inner block and quiet, although we are in the center. The well-lit bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower is separate from the toilet.

Tento byt v centre mesta, odkial máte všade dostupnosť peši..v blízkosti je nemocnica, autobusová, vlaková stanica 10min., obchodný dom Aupark a Hlavná ulica 5min..Hneď pri bloku sa nachádzaju potraviny, trafika, kvetinárstvo.

A brand new 2bedroom flat situated in the centre of the city, just a few steps from the main street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre of Košice. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is large living room with very comfortable sofa/bed.

Byt sa nachádza na Levočskej ulici približne len 10 minút pešo od centra Prešova. Väčšina vecí v byte je čisto nová. Byt poteší hlavne milovníkov kávy, k dispozícií je nový zrnkový kávovar, ktorý dokáže pripraviť až 15 druhov káv. Káva je na môj účet,podľa dĺžky pobytu u mňa.

Skvělý pobyt! Ubytování bylo přesně podle popisu, čisté a pohodlné. Komunikace s hostitelem probíhala bez problémů a check-in byl jednoduchý. Lokalita byla skvělá, blízko všeho, co jsme potřebovali. Rozhodně doporučuji a rád bych se sem vrátil!

Hosts were super friendly and helpful! I wish we had been able to stay longer!! The lodging was located right under the castle hill and we were able to walk all the way up! The yard was filled with amenities like outdoor seating and fire pit besides all the toys the kids could use! Great stay with 3 kids!

Boli sme na 3-dňovom výlete v Košiciach s kamarátkou a našimi dcérami, lokalita bola výborná priamo v centre, toto miesto sme tiež vybrali pre jeho historický charakter a bezplatné súkromné parkovanie. Je výborné pre 4 osoby, 2 samostatné spálne, je to historická budova bez výťahu, možno menej vhodné pre osoby ak majú nejaké obmedzenia pohybu pre viac schodov, ale inak bolo ľahko dostupné a malo naozaj super podkrovný charakter - pavlače, obývačka vo vežičke. Hostitelia komunikovali promtne a boli veľmi milý, všetko vysvetlili, dali nám aj odporúčania. Určite odporúčame a radi sa vrátime, cítili sme sa tu ako doma!

Eperjes kíváló kiindulópont a környező városok (Kassa, Bártfa, Lőcse) bejárásához. A szálláshely nagyon közel van az óvároshoz, a pár lépére található plázában a bevásárlás egyszerűen megoldható. A bejutás könnyen megoldható. Daniel, azon túl, hogy azonnal válaszol a kérdésekre, rendkívül segítőkész, rugalmas. A szálláshely makulátlanul tiszta, rendezett, egyedi stílusú, új bútorokkal van felszerelve. Ezen túlmenően a részletekre is gondot fordítanak. Érkezéskor welcome horalky, bőséges gyümölcstál, hűtött víz vár. Részletes, igényes írásos tájékoztató a szálláshelyről, illetve a háztartási eszközök (mosógép, kávégép...) használatáról. A mikrósütő, a nagy méretű hűtőszekrény, vízforraló, a kávégép, kenyérpirító szintén új. A szobákban óriás internetes plazmatévé, szinte az összes magyar TV csatornával. A szálláshely éjszaka csendes. Mindenkinek ajánlom, az egyik legjobb szállás volt, ahol valaha laktunk.
