Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom, a social toilet, open space with kitchen / living and dining room, furniture and careful decoration. Facing the sea, facing south, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac, it is a very bright traditional house, on a plot of 1800 m2 and renovated in 2023. Prazeres is in the center of the sunniest part of Madeira. Enjoy the terraces, garden, heated pool (8x3m) and orchard with its exotic and European fruits. Inside, a large living room, a large kitchen and 3 private spaces (each bedroom has a bathroom with toilet). The ocean marks every piece of its presence.
