With an area of 50 m2, divided into three spaces: an open kitchen (fully equipped and new), living room – very bright dining room; a bedroom (double bed); a shower room-toilet. Each of the 3 spaces is equipped with a French window that leads you to a private garden of 200 m2.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.

Take a step back in this unique, soothing place to stay. Located on Lot river. You will stay in an old watermill within walking distance of a picturesque medieval town. Relax in a sun lounger on a private beach by the river. There is a 1 or 2 person modern unsinkable sit on top kayak with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
