The 70 sq.m apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet old building with a large living room with a bookcase, desk, couch, chair design table Fontana Arte and a fully equipped modern kitchen with bar and dining table for 8 people. A comfortable large double bed room, with several closets and a beautiful marble bathroom with tub and double shower. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: hardwood floors throughout the house, wooden ceilings, antique chests, security door, air conditioning, heating, free WIFI Internet access, LCD TV with digital terrestrial channels, music system Bang & Olufsen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and dishes of all kinds, oven, hair dryer, toaster kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. It can accommodate 4 PEOPLE being equipped with a new and comfortable sofa bed. We can also add 1 single bed and we have a children's bed. Everything is ready for you !! We welcome you in the apartment -we give you the keys and share with you all the information that can help you in your vacation. We want you to feel like at home and you'll always find a good bottle of Italian wine with some snacks, drink water, fresh milk, drinks and a nice breakfast. We are at your disposal to make sure that you can spend memorable days. If you need extra additional services, such as a private transport from the airport, you want to rent a bike, try a personal shopper or you need a trustworthy babysitter or daily maid service, do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to satisfy your needs. It will be a pleasure to host you in the most beautiful area of Rome! The flat is in a quiet, old building in Via della Vite, in the heart of the historic center, 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps. It’s an easy stroll to the city's attractions and public transit. Explore fashion on Via Condotti, and art on Via Margutta. We remind you that in the center of Rome there is the ZTL. The car is highly not recommended The really central location allow you to visit the major attractions of Rome. We are within walking distance: • Spanish Steps (2 min walk) • Trevi fountain (5 min walk) • Pantheon (10 min walk) • Piazza Navona (15 min walk) • Colosseum (20 minutes walk) The apartment is well connected with all public transports as the metro stop (Line A Spain) offers easy access to St. Peter's Square, Termini Station and other points of interest Underground: Stop Spain, line A (1 minute walk) - Bus: Get off Via del Corso, S.Claudio Square, Largo Chigi (1-5 minute walk) - Taxi: Piazza di Spagna n. 52-54, Piazza San Silvestro n. 24 (1 minute walk) - Not recommended personal car is very difficult to park (we recommend Ludovisi garage outside the ZTL - the closer to the apartment 10/12 minute walk) and the area is limited to cars from ZTL 1 - from 6.30 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7 pm on Saturday On the occasions of National Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year prices will be increased by 20% from the peak season prices. Cleaning charges 50 € Tourist tax - € 3,50 per person per day for up to 10 days- is required by the city of Rome and is mandatory for all except the children To pay cash at check in Check-in: from 13:00 p.m, Check out: before 11 a.m. If there are no incoming guests we can agree on timetables. And we like to socialize with our guests and help them have a great experience during their stay in Rome The Prati district is in the historical center of Rome just a few hundred meters from the Vatican and Metro A. The house is in the middle of an area full of excellent restaurants that offer traditional Roman and Italian cuisine. The area is full of public connections. At 200 meters from the house, in Piazzale Clodio, there is a bus terminal, a 5-minute walk from the Ottaviano della Metro stop. Also in the area you can rent free floating bikes and shared cars (Enjoy Car2GO ..).
