Very cozy apartment with impeccable cleanliness, wonderful location, host always helpful when responding to us. We would definitely come back.

New Space with basic amenities. We miss some kitchen items, especially in a longer stay and it is customary to cook. Beds are comfortable as well as kitchen chairs and sofa. An excellent proximity to the beach.

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really feel at home.

The house is surreally beautiful, larger environments than in the photos, the house is close to the sea, we slept listening to the sound of the sea, just go out in front of the house and you can see it. Extremely complete kitchen, everything clean and organized. Zilma made us super comfortable and was a sweetheart! We'll definitely be back. I fell too much in love with the house and the location near the sea for the summer.

We very much like the house and the beach! Great place to rest. The house had everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our "sausages" had the courtyard with grass, well litter, where they could stay and it was very nice to wake up every day by the sea side!

Exactly, just like the pictures. Great location and sea view! Everything is very clean and organized, the bed linens and towels smell good, the kitchen is super-equipped. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot shower in the en-suite shower, but since there were two others, we didn't even call José Alan, but I'm sure he would have helped us as he did since the rental. Ideal place to rest. We stayed in the upper back room, and although there are houses in front, it is possible to enjoy the side view of the sea. We saw the moon rise and the sunrise. The beach is very family-friendly, with restaurant options for all budgets and tastes. There are also fishmongers with affordable prices for those who like to cook, as in our case. The kitchen is basic and well-equipped. It was cold at night and Andrea kindly provided us with an extra blanket. We recommend it.

I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

We spent a great Carnival, just as we were looking for, a quiet beach, beautiful, close to the house and with the bustle of Torres at 5km. Anne and family are in love! The house is great and offered what we needed in the 4 days! I recommend it without fear, you can book!
