The view from the apartment is wonderful! The location is perfect with everything you need 5 minutes away or less. Easy access to entry and exit, Leandro is always active and responds super fast! I highly recommend it, I can't wait to come back!

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. The only negative point was the barbecue, which is located in the side corridor and exposed to the sun, which made it difficult to use in the period from 11 am to 4 pm (summer period) and the night there is no lighting at the barbecue to control the point of the meat. What's more, the review is great and I highly recommend it for sure!

The Sunset penthouse is fantastic, although there were only 2 of us, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Usually, I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times.
