Porchat Island is a promontory located on the coast of São Paulo between the Bays of São Vicente and Santos, and the beaches of Milionários and Itararé. The island is one of the main tourist attractions in the Santos lowland region.

It has a double bed and a sofa bed that accommodates an adult well. It is close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Covered garage.
