The apartment is excellent. The area is unbeatable, just steps from the pedestrian area. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, to everything on foot. The apartment is very comfortable, both to sleep, cook, bathe, be outside, everything is a 10. I would come back for more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio was super attentive to everything. I highly recommend it.

The house is cozy and the location is perfect because it is a quiet place, a cul-de-sac but very close to Rua das Pedras, which makes it very easy to get around Very attentive hosts, we liked it a lot

excellent, tv in eaxh room and living room big tv. the only think that will make outstanding is if pool will be heeated, since we pay electricity its ok. everything very good

We had a great stay, wonderful location, clean house, with all the appliances, plus delicious amenities. Sergio was an excellent host, always accessible and proactive.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Everything was excellent, just like the photos, we had a problem but they responded super fast. The area is perfect, close to everything and Rua das Piedras. The only thing that was not so good was the hot water in the shower, it was not hot, it was lukewarm, almost cold, but that was the only negative point, otherwise everything else was recommended.

The apartament has everything you need dor great confort. Having breakfast on the balcony Is extremly relaxing, there Is a lot of nature around and it makes ir very peacefull. Highly recommended to stay here. Greatest vacation ever!

Excellent house, very well-equipped, it has what a traveler needs, comfort, all the appliances you need on a trip, super well-equipped, top quality and abundant dishes, there are recreational elements for the beach, the house is very beautiful and comfortable in a very beautiful, quiet and safe area... Warm... Thomaz was always available, very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

My family and I loved staying there, and it was sooooo much better that we didn't need the car to go to the beach, it 🏖️ was close! I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

The kidnet that Christine offers is wonderful for a stay in Buzios, the location is the best there is, close to absolutely everything you need and more, meters from the beach and walking you could reach two-three nearby beaches. We really loved the place, it's comfortable if your plans are to sleep and go out during the day to get to know Buzios and its surroundings

Dudu was awesome!! Everything was clean and spotless. From check-in to checkout, he was always available to assist us. Not to mention the suite's incredible location, the breathtaking view and everything so close. We could walk to everything. Thank you very much for your attention and flexibility, Dudu.
