We stayed 2 nights and they were excellent for resting. Tetè was always very kind, as was Dino. We will definitely return to Buzios to stay in the same place.

We loved the stay. The house is super comfortable and modern, we felt at home, it accommodated 13 people very comfortably, we didn't even want to leave lol. Everything was excellent. The lake view was impeccable. Everything in the house is of the highest quality. The housekeeper was essential, in addition to being very attentive and helpful, she cooks wonderfully well. The place is beautiful, the view of the marina is really beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped and Victor always responded in a very good way and was ready to help us. We made good use of the facilities, the gym is very complete, there are drinking water vending machines throughout the complex and the WiFi works very well even in outdoor areas such as the pool and gym. The place is full of places to relax and very good armchairs to sit and read and enjoy the peace of the complex. Although it is far from the center of Buzios, there is no problem getting around by Uber or car, you can get anywhere in 20 minutes.

The house is exactly like the advertised, we feel at home, the space is very local face, ideal for those who want to stay in touch with nature. We love the stay and the friendliness of the host Thanks for the coffee, it made all the difference. We will return more often for sure.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Excellent property, we will definitely add it to our favorites to return other times. The listing is real, the property does in fact have all the features of the listing. The location is great on the central avenue of Praia do Forte, many shops nearby, with plenty of options for all tastes and budgets. The extremely flexible check-in and check-out, which for us who are from BH and came by bus and the schedules are peculiar, it was of great help to have these flexibilities. Hosts are very attentive and communication is excellent. They answered all my questions before, during, and after my stay. In short, I highly recommend this property.

Luis responded to all my inquiries. The check-in time was flexible. The apartment is very central, around the corner from the bus stop, near restaurants on the canal, 7 minutes from the beach. The entrance is with a key, which is very safe. The apartment is like new, the mattress, bed base and pillows are very comfortable, the towels are large. He welcomed us with water in the fridge, and a complimentary bottle. I recommend it!!

Our hosting with Valmir and Fatima was excellent! From the moment we closed with them, they have always shown a lot of attention. We gave us recommendations for tours, nearby locations! The atmosphere of the apartment is excellent, close to many shops, it is very nice. I highly recommend it .

The apartment is wonderful, close to everything, close to the best beaches. Just one detail that I think is nice to mention to avoid any headaches is that the apartment's parking space is small and does not fit large cars. Otherwise, the hosting was perfect. Extremely attentive hosts. I would definitely come back.

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
