Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, very cozy, the jacuzzi is wonderful, Luciana was very quick and kind when we had problems with the safe and as for the check-in and check-out time, everything was wonderful. We'll be back for sure

I liked it a lot! It is a very large house, with several guest rooms, where the pool area, living room and kitchen are shared. I went in low season (June) and the house was very quiet. I stayed in the guest house with my husband, two children and two babies, and it served us perfectly. You can hear the sound of the sea, the view is simply perfect. The kitchen is very complete, I just missed a microwave, but in the shared kitchen there is everything, and it can be used. It had clean bed linens and pillows. I loved that there was a full-length mirror in the bedroom and a clothesline (that's really needed). The only downside is that the road to get there is very bad. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend it. The beach is not so close on foot, as it is necessary to go down the hill to get there, and the path is quite deserted, surrounded by forest, beautiful, but I found it dangerous to walk alone. That's why I couldn't go out on foot with a stroller.

We had a lovely few days in this house. A little far from the larger towns but a great spot if wanting some quieter time. Well located near some lovely beaches, although would recommend visiting with a car. House itself is rustic but very comfortable, located in a small village / road of a few houses and felt very safe. Lovely views and feel surrounded by trees. The WiFi had good connection throughout the house. Would recommend for a few days away.

Everything impeccable: clean, organized, comfortable mattresses, clean and fluffy linens, and the house is super well equipped. It is located in the middle of shopping and beaches, perfect for walking to either! Communication with the owner and the person responsible for the house was quick, clear and very cordial at all times. The kitchen is super complete and also has a private barbecue that we enjoyed a lot. We stayed 10 days and really felt at home. Super recommended!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with a fitness center, sauna, rooftop pool with a beautiful look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, who was extremely helpful, was always ready to answer any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.

The hostess Chimene is super attentive and kind... very good apartment, great infrastructure and location, I was with my family and 2-year-old son, we enjoyed the beach and the available infrastructure very much. I'll be back for sure
