Amazing house, wonderful view and very good pool!! Marco responds quickly and gave all the support. To go to the toninhas, just leave the car inside near the entrance and walk down to an access at the entrance of the condominium, very good!

The house matches the listing. Very well decorated and equipped. Located a few meters from the beach, on a quiet street. The landscape is beautiful and Bruno was very kind and attentive, always helpful.

The stay was excellent! The house is extremely well cared for, very clean, organized and with all the utensils necessary for a comfortable stay. It is in a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, super quiet and quiet — ideal for rest. The barbecue area is great, and the atmosphere as a whole is very nice. What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

We were delighted with the house of Letícia in Ubatuba! Everything was impeccable — from the cleaning to the smallest details prepared with great care. The reception was wonderful, we felt at home from the first moment. Letícia was extremely attentive, helpful and kind throughout the stay. The experience was perfect in every way. The house is in the middle of a forest, with an incredible look and the relaxing sound of a waterfall in the background. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed and bed linen are comfortable, and the space around the house is beautiful, with several trails to explore. The only thing that bothered a little was the insects that entered the house due to faults in the fence of the doors and windows. It wasn't something that would keep us from renting the house again, but it could be quite uncomfortable. We thought it was something simple to solve for the owners. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Each extremely comfortable, we were in 10 people but large spaces all well accommodated. We were received with great attention by Dona Neide, who passed the instructions and made herself available. Village exceeded expectations! Neighborhood with nearby things to do by car. We want to return!!!

The dream house is really a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made our stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with an outside temperature of 22 degrees.

Great accommodation for couples! Cabin identical to the photos with an amazing view, super well-equipped kitchen and a great host, answered all our questions and gave us a complete guide to what we should bring, how to find the chalet and more. The property's waterfalls are beautiful and the trails are quiet. Super comfortable bed and the spa is definitely the highlight of the accommodation! We already have plans to come back in the summer to enjoy it even more.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! More foot in the sand than that would be impossible. Quality towels and linens, pressurized showers, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local handyman) and Kellen welcomed us very warmly, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos's soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also leave a special thanks to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to come back!! I highly recommend it, but be prepared to raise the bar of the airBnbs you frequent haha

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, very nice, spacious..... Five stars easily, the location is also very good, close to some waterfalls and many beaches. I only missed a water filter in the house, a washing machine and new bed linen, the rest is a 10 as well as the host.

The Contemplário Chalet is simply perfect! Breathtaking mountain views, incredible sunsets and a starry sky like I've never seen before. Henry is an extremely attentive host, he left everything ready: a lit fireplace, a warm hot tub, a bouquet of lavender at the head of the bed, making the atmosphere super fragrant and cozy, super clean, soft and fragrant bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Cleaning is impeccable! The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils we need. Breakfast is delicious, served with a wonderful view. Communication was excellent, both by message and radio, always ready to answer questions and give great tips. The trail on the property itself leads to an incredible view at the top of the mountain. Access is easy, with good restaurants nearby. And we were also greeted by Henry's two dogs, who were super friendly and docile. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back soon.

The place is beautiful, very well finished, careful, cozy and complete within what is advertised. It has a good location, very close to very good beaches, and not far from the famous beaches of Ubatuba and Paraty. We felt in a house outside the house, we were very comfortable and with fast and effective support when it was needed. Luciana is attentive and caring and gave us a great experience! I recommend to everyone looking for a resting place in the coastal region surrounded by the Atlantic Forest!
