Excellent apartment. We took our five-month-old baby and felt at home. Quiet and very well-equipped place, with all the necessary items for cooking, gourmet barbecue, air conditioning and a warm shower. Good location: 6 min walk from Toninhas beach, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage, just to go to the downtown that is 15 min away by car. We recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort and convenience.

The provision of bedding and towels should be improved, the first night we were not able to bathe or put bedding in the rooms because they were washing and drying. The rest without any inconvenience, the apartment is impeccable and the quality of the accessories and details are worth it. All the environments are enjoyed, especially the jaccuzi and the barbecue.

wonderful weekend, Carlos went brother with us, full attention answered us until we asked about a TV channel, apt topissimo, 3 air conditioned new gela lots, new TV, 3 bathrooms being 2 suites, shower heats up very fast and at the same time has that tasty ice water, apt was very clean and smelling when we arrived, the view does not even need to speak, apt foo in the Sand, nice to have an early coffee looking at the sea and tbm I slept with the sound of the waves, the condominium tbm very topppp, pool on the last floor with a wonderful view, normal swimming pool and warm one and dry we had free access to everything...Carlos everything wonderful your AP is too much so we'll be back, super recommend

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We really liked it, I recommend it and I'll be back next time.

The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Lucas was a great host, always attentive and helpful during the stay. The space was well prepared, exactly as described, which made everything easier and more peaceful. I thank you for the reception and recommend!
