Very nice apartment with parking and basic amenities. All as described, unfortunately also the construction site noise 🤣 nevertheless very pleasant stay. I will gladly come back.

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck upstairs was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

The place is great, perfect location, the apartment is perfect, even better in person than the photos, and extremely equipped and if you're looking to feel at home, even outside your home, this is the perfect place! Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

We had a fantastic experience! Kamila's reception was extremely attentive and careful. The apartment surprised us positively: it was impeccable, very clean, smelling and, frankly, even better than the pictures showed. Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

I spent a week at Victor's house and it was perfect. The house is very pleasant with lots of natural light, balcony space with barbecue, hammock, lots of nature. The kitchen is super well equipped and met all my needs. The living room has huge TV and comfortable sofa that were great for watching a movie at the end of the day, the internet worked really well. The bedroom is large, with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also spacious and was spotless. And of course the best part is the red beach that is a few meters away from the house. I loved my stay and hope to come back again and again.

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava da Fortaleza beach. The description is very assertive and the house matches all that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is enough for what it proposes. There are a lot of utensils and appliances. There is a nearby grocery store, in addition to a cafeteria, with delivery service. Zélia (indicated by Solange, for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is a separate invitation. A low profile environment amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (in a few days until a surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

Above expectations! The apartment is well above the level we have in Ubatuba. Two great suites, very good living room, kitchen and balcony. New and working equipment. Great level Resort Structure!
