Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia do Francês

New building, with good structure, on the roof has a swimming pool with beautiful sea view. Near several restaurants, close to the beach. We did everything on foot or Uber. I recommend it. We were 1 couple. Very helpful and friendly reception

I stayed for a week with Sérgio and felt at home! The property is exactly as advertised, close to everything and facing the beach! The location speaks for itself, right in the center of Maceió and close to everything for tourists! Communication with Sérgio was clear and quick! Sérgio is always very helpful! It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms with plenty of comfort, and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. From the first contact with Katianne, she was always very responsive to us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we'll be back.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

The stay is exactly as the photos show. There's no secret, you can go without fear. The employee Leila is very attentive and helpful with questions, always attentive to the phone. The pool is the perfect size for the number of guests the house accommodates, as is the sauna. The rooms are comfortable. Clean Jacuzzi and working perfectly well. The location is very good, close to the beach and it is possible to walk. The surroundings have some streets that are not yet paved (which is totally common in beach regions) but this does not detract from the beauty of the stay. I recommend the stay without fear.

The house is very pleasant; the rooms are well organized and clean; good location (near the beach); and the hostess, Mrs. Vanderleia is a very caring and courteous person. He responded promptly whenever we needed, and even made the checkout time more flexible. I recommend it.

The wonderful accommodation, my family and I loved the environment, it was the way we wanted it, in front of the beach and with a pool, the apartment was very organized, clean and very accessible, we sought tranquility and found it during our stay, Mr. Eder was super attentive, answering our questions, polite.
