Quiet place,safe and family atmosphere. Excellent location to get to know Maceió Centro and the beaches of the South Coast,about 20 min.... Place we will recommend to friends and family. obs:We are grateful for the flexibility of check in and check out.

Very good accommodation and the host is a very nice person too, always communicating with me to see if we needed anything.

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

We had a very quiet stay. The house is just like the photos and description. The place is quiet and safe. Leidjane was spectacular in welcoming us and giving us all the necessary support!!! I highly recommend it!!

I spent the weekend with the family, and we love it. We intended to return. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. Our stay was amazing. My nephews didn't want to go home, they asked to spend more days, only that for me already speaks a lot.

Great apartment. It has everything you need! Very comfortable bed! Perfect location, everything within walking distance, beach, craft fair, raft pick-up point, pharmacy, market, countless restaurants! Safe entrance to the building, very helpful reception! My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until the time of checkout. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

Karinas place is not only exactly as in the pictures, beautifully remodeled duplex with plenty of space for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children), its also super well located, everything like pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and Maceio's gorgeous ocean promenade is in a 10 minute walk radius. We came in at almost midnight and had no problem thanks to the friendly concierge who was already expecting us. The parking spot inside the property requires a little maneuvering for bigger cars (we drive a Jeep Commander for reference) but is manageable. Overall fantastic 5 Star experience, highly recommended.

if I were to talk about what I didn't like, it would be the time of entry and exit with the car. The floor was always squeaky. But that was all. Everything was impeccable.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, everything extremely clean and well maintained. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark, which I particularly like a lot, good beds and pillows, large closets, clean and spacious bathrooms, full kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a little further away from tourist attractions such as the fair, photo spots, busier kiosks and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive won't solve.

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

The apartment is impeccable, it had everything we needed. Quiet, no noise. Very good location. Foot in the sand. Calm sea. Private beach. Very good pool. Mr. Lafayete was very helpful. It met a demand that arose during the hosting in the greatest tranquility. We'll be back for sure! I highly recommend it.

The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

Alessandro's space is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean and nice. The host kept in touch from the beginning, gave us tips on restaurants, places, and was very attentive. Comfortable bed, good bedding, clean towels, air conditioning worked well. I intend to return! Thank you!!!
