Gourmet area with a full kitchen and barbecue. (Note: the freezer DOES NOT WORK) Swimming pool, shower and 2 outdoor bathrooms. Garage can fit up to 7 cars. We charge the energy rate according to the kW used. Each kW costs R$2,00; in the end we count used.
