Wet jice place with good location and friendly host !

Marta has always been very helpful and flexible since our first contact. The space is super nice and close to the beach. We came for a tour and will certainly come back when possible.

Patrícia's space was great, in a very good place and communication with her was impeccable!

Claudia was super nice, the apartment was spotless, clean, smelly linens, very well equipped! The tips were super helpful, access to the site is easy and the building's doormen are cordial and attentive.

I recommend with my eyes closed ! It was better than I expected The host is super helpful! The location is great. Everything was clean and organized. I'd come back a thousand times if I had to.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment, very comfortable and it perfectly accommodated three people. They were very kind, even putting out coffee and sweetener.

Great Stay! Nice, clean environment, close to everything, bakery, beach, bobs… The communication with the hosts is super fast, they are very helpful in everything, already knew the building through Airbnb but this was the best home I had in the same! we will return more often.

The host was always available to assist us, extremely organized with the general information about the apartment. Apartment identical to the photo, new furniture, everything very clean!

The stay was wonderful, the host Juliana is super friendly and gave us several nice tips. The apartment is well located and we were able to do many things on foot. Everything was super tidy and just like the photos! I recommend and intend to return :)

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Excellent apartment, we stayed 4 days and it is exactly as promised. Close to the beach, clean apartment, well-equipped, good shower and comfortable bed; which is very important to us. We'll be back for sure. Camila is to be congratulated.

What a place! Definitely a find in Vila Velha. I went with my husband and we loved the apartment. The host is extremely attentive and answered all our questions. We will definitely return.

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's as beautiful as in the photos and had everything we needed for the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

Great house, extremely clean, fragrant linens, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean kitchen utensils, everything impeccable! Wonderful barbecue area, great pool. The place is gorgeous! The host is super polite, responds quickly… The place is more secluded, but there is a market nearby! Great for relaxing with friends and family. Anyway… perfect!

I loved the space! Sauna, pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is short, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll be back for sure!

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outside area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.

Everything was wonderful and as agreed. The stay, the location, the look and the peace/tranquility were very worthwhile. We highly recommend it.
