Excellent. I only stayed one night and it was quiet! Super easy contact, quiet and comfortable place, well organized and clean.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

I've stayed with these hosts before and, as always, everything went really well. Communication is easy, they are attentive and check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds things up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and with air-conditioning in all rooms (positive point). One point of attention: the neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and has a reputation for being dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Suggestions for improvement: put blackout curtains in the bedrooms (even the light from the lamp post is too bright for those who are sensitive to light) and the mattress of the double bed is uncomfortable. On the other hand, the single beds and the auxiliary beds are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Very beautiful place with a wonderful view, everything clean, perfect location close to everything, I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back very soon, the hostess Lara was very attentive but I didn't need to send her a message for anything because she had already given us all the information and it was very easy to find, everything was impeccable, but Lara was always available for whatever we needed!

10/10 I recommend it for anyone looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, impeccably clean apartment, well decorated, modern, beautiful view, there is a market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… it was worth every penny. I stayed for a weekend with my elderly parents and we all thought the apartment was a treat, super cozy, clean and organized. It fully matches the photos and is well equipped with everything that may be needed during the stay. The building is modern and well organized with leisure options and a grocery store, access to the accommodation with Gabriel's directions was also very agile. He was even very attentive and kind in all our communications. I will definitely stay again on a future trip!

I'm from Bahia and it was my fourth time in Espírito Santo. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He texted several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant linens and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am very grateful to Felipe and I hope to return and stay again in this cozy place soon.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment, very comfortable and it perfectly accommodated three people. They were very kind, even putting out coffee and sweetener.

The apartment was very clean. Magno always answered me quickly and was very helpful. I'm from VV, but I don't live in the city anymore. For me, the apartment's location is one of the best. It is close to restaurants and bakeries, shopping and is still in front of the beach. I'll come back more often!

The apartment is super well located, a beautiful view of the beach. Easy access to markets, gas station, laundry, close to other beaches we visited. The apartment has everything we needed, I didn't miss any utensils. It's definitely worth every penny!

The apartment is exactly like in the photos and description. The location is excellent, there is a supermarket, bakery, shopping mall and pharmacy all nearby. The host is super nice, always willing to help with anything, responds right away and welcomed us very well.

The flat has a side view of the sea. It is behind the Catholic Church, so it is very well located. Supermarkets, bakeries and the best waterfront kiosk. We don't even take the car out of the garage, you can walk anywhere. Sensational!

Simple yet with everything you need. Close to everything, market, restaurants, beach. Me and my husband like it very much.

I rented the place for a weekend. The access instructions were helpful and we had no trouble locating the loft. The space is exactly as advertised, with all the minimum items needed to use the kitchen. I believe it is really for only 1 couple, 3 people is already very tight. There are screens on the windows, so anyone who wants to bring a pet, such as a cat, can rest assured. The only thing I missed was an extra blanket, as we rented during a period that was cooler at night, and the blanket provided is thin and relatively small. Because the loft is located in a small building, you can hear the TV and neighbors from other apartments as well.

The apartment is great, large and clean. Great location, practically facing the beach. Supermarket, pharmacy, shopping mall very close. The host responds quickly and left everything organized to receive us. I'm sure if I have a chance, I'll be back again.
