The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

Clean and cozy apartment. We stayed one night again in this apartment and everything was impeccable as the first time.

Everything was just perfect, it met and even exceeded expectations. However, a constructive criticism, I think they could put an internet router near the airbnb for better Wi-Fi connection and the shower after a few minutes on, the resistance turns off and we have to turn off and on the shower again, which disturbs the bath. Other than that, it was a great experience.

It was our first experience with the service and we can say, my wife and I, that we were very pleased. The place is great, quiet, familiar, very well located and with a very good value. On our next trip to Tramandaí, we will look for the local month.

The space comfortably accommodated our group of 13 people, with well-distributed rooms and common areas perfect for bringing everyone together. The swimming pool was one of the highlights of the stay – we used a lot and enjoyed every moment! The gourmet area is super spacious and well-equipped, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying together. In addition, the host was extremely attentive and always responded quickly to our doubts, ensuring a quiet stay. We will definitely return and recommend to those looking for comfort, leisure and a welcoming atmosphere!

The location is simply wonderful for those who like nature and tranquility. Next to the river, with plenty of forest and trails to do. It is very quiet and safe. The house is very well equipped and cozy. Air conditioning in all three bedrooms, excellent shower, impeccable linens. When it rained, we took advantage of the fireplace, cooked and watched movies. When it was sunny, we walked along the river, took some walks, had an outdoor barbecue by the lake and we were able to have a campfire at night. My dog loved the place. He even bathed in the river! Silvana was very helpful and dedicated. We loved the experience! We highly recommend it! We intend to return.

The house in person is even better than on the photos. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the living room has the double sofa bed and you can put another double mattress (which you already have in the house) peacefully. Well-equipped, airy kitchen. Very nice patio, excellent for those who have pets. It is close to the beach and is a very quiet spot, without as much agitation as on other nearby beaches. We will certainly come back more often!

Mr. Moacir is a real sweetheart! Receptive, attentive and careful, made our journey even more quiet, light and full of affection. Call us as if we were grandchildren. Not to mention the two cute kittens that complete the reception with a lot of love (especially the dear Moah). We will return as soon as possible, for sure! The house is wonderful: spacious, close to the sea, the kiosks and the market. It is simple, but well lit and overflowing love, it has everything a family needs to feel at home. No problem stay, flawless apartment, great utensils, fans can even be seen on hot days. The host quickly answered all my doubts and helped with some problems, very easy to communicate. Apartamento is well located, a few blocks from the sea in a quieter street.
