The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Excellent! Exactly like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach behind the building is cozy, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras is super close, you can walk there. Mr. Luiz was very helpful every time we needed to contact him.

The place is beautiful the house is very well located!! The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! Large apartment, a few yards from chestnut beach. An exceptional site.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. The property was in excellent condition, with a very clean and organized environment, providing comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The location is one of the main highlights, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families, especially for those with children. The surrounding area is calm and offers various leisure and service options, ensuring practicality. The property space is well used, providing comfort and functionality for all members of the family.

The host was excellent. The site was exactly as advertised, and we had some minor issues with some equipment on the first day, but the host was committed and was able to resolve everything quickly. Instead of becoming a negative experience, it actually became positive as proactivity made all the difference. As for the site, it has access to a small beach that is "almost exclusive", which is excellent. The porters are extremely friendly and in the house we do not miss any utensils, making the accommodation complete. Local easy to find and relatively close to supermarkets, pharmacies, beaches and restaurants, I recommend the place for anyone interested!

My stay at Ízi's apartment was great, clean, cozy apartment, not to mention the beautiful view of the sea. Everything was perfect, super organized. I intend to go back again and again.

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

I was recently hosted in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and a stunning ocean view. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent barbecue area, and the living area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unmatched! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleanliness**: The loft was impeccably clean and very well maintained.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to get in before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that this is a matter of safety. Would recommend to others.
