I don't usually comment on reviews, but I insist! Daniel was always very attentive. You asked questions before you even booked. The apartment matches the images and descriptions. Very spacious. Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. She left sheets and towels available. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet recreation area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family time and everyone loved it. I'm sure we'll be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. We'll definitely go back to Índico.

TV in the living room and bedroom with many channels. Wi-fi works very well I recommend the home The resort is complete, very friendly staff and a very positive point was the possibility of entering the Beach Park before the general public. We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

Ricardo exceeded all expectations as a host. The apartment contains everything needed for a few days of accommodation and comfortably accommodates up to four people. The resort is next to Beach Park and you can enter the water park 1 hour before it opens. The beach is practically private, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is also super monitored. There are several activities for both adults and children. I lack words to describe the infinity of affective memories that were created in the days I stayed in the apartment. I hope to return soon. We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, making it easy to prepare food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very attentive, kind and proactive. I would definitely stay there a second time.

I stayed at the apartment during carnival. The condo is very nice, one of the best that I was on the beaches near Fortaleza. I found the condominium well organized, well cared for, safe, and at carnival there was programming for the children, which was great. Perhaps the only problem of the condominium is the distance to the supermarket, it's about 7 minutes by car, you can't walk. The convenience stores that are inside the condominium break a branch, but they didn't have everything we need while we were there. The apartment is also great, very complete, the beds are good, and there is room for a lot of people. The kitchen is quite complete, we only really miss a mixer to make cake, but otherwise it had everything we need. We enjoyed our stay very much and have already made a new visit to the Manhattan Riviera.

A very nicely decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. It was a memorable experience, and I recommend it for those looking for comfort, quality and great service.

Our stay was great, my family and I were delighted with the apartment, everything that was offered to us in the place that quietly serves a couple with two children, because there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The organization was excellent, each item in the property was very clean and well cared for, which provided us with moments of great happiness and tranquility, we didn't have to worry about anything else, just enjoy the weekend. The host always responded promptly when we asked questions. The facilities all around the resort, as well as the very well-kept water park, impeccable cleanliness, all the attendants and staff were extremely polite and helpful. Another yes, we were there between June 12 and 16 and the weather was very pleasant, around 28°C, wonderful sun in this period. Anyway, only compliments, nothing to complain about. Congratulations to the host, who even left us a treat to sweeten our stay in that paradise.
