Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. We had a wonderful experience at this amazing house! The place is super spacious, well-equipped and everything works perfectly, which made all the difference for the stay to be comfortable from start to finish. The leisure area is a real invitation to rest, with a clean pool, airy deck, well-ventilated environment... perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments with the family. We felt at home all the time! The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, making it easy to prepare food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very attentive, kind and proactive. I would definitely stay there a second time.

Everything is impeccable, the house is close to the center of Fortim and even closer to the beach, 5 min by car. We had a small problem with the shower but it was quickly resolved, the experience was amazing and left nothing to be desired! I highly recommend it💜

Bruno was super attentive to me and my group - we had a problem with the check-in time due to complications in Fortaleza, but he was understanding. Always available to answer questions. The apartment was clean and compatible with the descriptions. The location is super quiet and the condominium itself has few residents, which makes the place feel like home and family. Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

Unique experience with special people. Everything was very good, not to mention the feedback we had from the host (Gervásio) whenever we needed it. Ideal for Children and adults, not to mention the newly opened water park next to the complex. I'm just grateful for the stay. In 2025, there's more, God willing🙏🙏.
