Monthly Rentals in Praia da Urca

The house is wonderful, well structured with household utensils and everything you need for a good medium-term stay. Urca is beautiful, quiet, a place apart from Rio de Janeiro. And the location is close to the most “trendy” sights. Praia Vermelha is very close, trails, access to Sugarloaf Mountain. Beautiful! Next to the most traditional restaurants in the neighborhood as well, you can do everything on foot.

I LOVED the apartment. Super functional, organized, clean and the view is literally a dream. The host communicates very well and is very helpful. I recommend it 1000%!

Perfect location and great unit We will stay again!

Perfectly serves a couple. The house is located in Urca, a super safe place, it felt like we weren't even in Rio, calm and quiet. Very close by car/Uber to the most famous beaches (Copacabana/Ipanema), but on the street of the apartment there is the Urca beach, where the sea is calm and great for sitting on the wall watching the beautiful landscape of Cristo. It's very close to the Pão de Açúcar cable car (I went by foot), the apartment is sufficient for those seeking comfort and security. The host, Eduardo, despite not having met him personally, always attended to me with great promptness and politeness. I'll be back more often!
