Impeccable house, with several amenities and very comfortable. The house has great infrastructure and very good kitchen items. The place is perfect for those who love nature and want to be close to it. I'm already looking forward to coming back!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava da Fortaleza beach. The description is very assertive and the house matches all that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is enough for what it proposes. There are a lot of utensils and appliances. There is a nearby grocery store, in addition to a cafeteria, with delivery service. Zélia (indicated by Solange, for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is a separate invitation. A low profile environment amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (in a few days until a surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Our stay at Carlos' house was excellent! The house is beautiful, with a decor full of personality and life, which conveys the cozy feeling of being at home. It is super comfortable, equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quiet stay. The surroundings are surrounded by nature, very quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. There is a grocery store on the corner, which makes everyday life much easier, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, both Carlos and Leandro were extremely helpful and responded super fast whenever we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back!

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check-in and check-out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

Impossible to describe with words what my fiancée and I experienced in the days we stayed, the place is surreally beautiful, you sleep with the sound of the sea, lots of nature around, the stone house is beautiful and very cozy, it had everything we needed. Fábio is an incredible person, an example of a person, too good a person, always worrying about the smallest details to have an excellent stay, I just have to thank Fabio, for the period we were in the stone house and for everything he did for us, I certainly recommend it and we will return many more times.

I went to celebrate my birthday with 5 other friends. The house is beautiful and very cozy, it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and bedrooms. The host Cris responds quickly to messages. I'll definitely come back more often!

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

We simply love our stay on the site! The place is even bigger than it looks in the photos and, at the same time, much more cozy. Vitor and his family were extremely receptive and polite, leaving us totally at ease and always responding to us very quickly and attentively whenever we need to. We love being in a space that overflows memories — it is possible to feel in each corner the care and the stories that exist there. It was a unique experience and we are already looking forward to returning!

The little house is great. Those were wonderful days. Lots of sunshine! I, my wife and 2 pets feel well accommodated and at home! Claudio and Elaine are very attentive and helpful. I will train ping-pong a lot for the next time to challenge Claudio. Elaine helped us buy an eye drops that were not in the pharmacies in the region. The villa accommodations are great everything complies with the photos of the listing. The TV also worked perfectly, allowing me to watch the victory of my Flamengo!!! The Lagoinha beach is excellent (calm and with hot water!) and the access is inside the Condominium (very beautiful and safe place). Chairs and beach tent, we use those of the Kiosk of Mauritius (courtesy with consumption... No minimum amount of consumption!). Our sincere thanks to the friendly hosts... Wonderful stay! The house is very cozy, just like in the photos! Everyone loved and the children loved to look for Easter ovaries for the vases of the rs house. In the house there are several games, if they catch days of rain rs. The building is complete with all possible appliances. VERY close to the beach and there are several stalls of pastel, green corn, ice cream, etc., a wonder. Nearby has futevolei and beach tennis courts. Silvia was so kind and easy to communicate! Very good hosting and location. Next to the beach and 15 min drive from downtown, it is also close to the beaches on the south side. I recommend it and would come back.

It was great our passage through the house, well distributed rooms, accommodated the 19 people who were together. Kitchen with all the utensils possible to make food for the qtyd of people it accommodates, all rooms with working air conditioning, laundry with washing machine at our disposal. Everyone loved it.

We really liked the house, which, despite the name, has plenty of space. Mariana is a very kind and helpful host. We will rent again if there is an opportunity.
