Large living and dining room integrated with American kitchen (super equipped), 300MB wifi and glass sliding doors to integrate the barbecue with the outside area. Lawn at the front of the house with a shower to relax. 03 parking spaces.

House well set up inside the condominium SALGA in the beautiful and quiet beach of Lagoinha. The house is about 500m from the beach and is located on a very quiet and dead end street. We are close to 2 markets, restaurant and pizzeria. Be sure to walk along the trail that leaves Lagoinha and passes through paradisiacal beaches like Bonete and ends at Fortaleza beach (Refuge do Corsário hotel). This tour can be done on foot or through one of the boats that transports tourists.

Family home, we use it outside of holidays. All rooms have a ceiling fan. An indoor parking space and three more discoveries. Equipped kitchen, TV room, living room and dining room. Two terraces with hammocks, barbecue, lawn for children. High right foot, great ventilation. It is 150 meters from the beach In front of the condominium's entrance Salga, total security. Three of the bedrooms have a balcony. A suite is on the ground floor in case someone has a special need.
