The apartment is very good!!! Spacious and very complete! It has a very large balcony, with a barbecue, grill and skewers in good condition for use. The location of the apartment is also very good, close to the sea (1 block) and the center. Juliano gave all the instructions for checking in with the building's doorman and was very nice to have extended our check-out until nighttime. Super recommend!!!!

We had a great experience on this Airbnb! The atmosphere is very nice and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The apartment is well airy, spacious and is located in an excellent region, with easy access to everything we needed. In addition, the host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate, always available to help. We will certainly return in a next opportunity!

Accommodations are exactly as described and pictured. The location is close to the balloon park. Rubiane and her mother are very kind and communication flows quickly. Check-out time is great!

The house is excellent, comfortable, it was well organized, it is airy. Mr. Luis was always accessible, quickly replied to the messages and gave all the information necessary for our stay. The street that is located is quiet, close to the sea, from the center, we take the opportunity to take some walking tours and enjoy the sunny days.

What an amazing place! A true haven, calm, quiet, beautiful and impeccably organized. The pool is even more impressive in person than in the photos, a real invitation to relaxation. The hosts, Mara and Edson, were extremely attentive and kind, making our stay even more special. We had a small setback with the house refrigerator, but their response was quick and efficient; in addition, there was another refrigerator and a freezer in the kiosk that solved our problem immediately. Without a doubt, I intend to return, as the cost-benefit is exceptional. If I had to point out a "flaw," it would be that the place is even better than the photos show! Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Close to Beira Mar Avenue, I went out for walks every morning. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Valesca is very polite, friendly, answered my questions. Torres is very beautiful. I recommend the apartment. I'll be back for sure.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!

My godmother and I loved the accommodation. The room has several facilities such as a microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle (in addition to the minibar, which is more common). It had many kitchen items, making it very easy to use. the location is very central, close to the places we wanted to go and the stay is very clean and organized. Although we did not use it, we loved that they offered to lend chairs and a beach cart and cooler. We will certainly stay there next year!
