This stay at Maryellen's apartment was very peaceful, she gave us all the support we requested and the necessary instructions for our stay, a very cozy place and very close to the beach, not to mention the wonderful view of nature, we were in need of connecting with nature, we will return whenever we can.

We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. All very well thought out and planned. We comment on air-conditioning and Matheus is already preparing to put on the air-conditioning, and will still make a new deck with coverage. Matheus many friends have already asked me for their contact, because they like the photos I posted from the house and will make the reservation with you. Wonderful space! Super cozy house, spacious with all utensils to have a perfect rest! Super comfortable home, it was clean and organized waiting for us! The tips available on locations and markets were very well used! In addition, it's an excellent space for our pets, who were super comfortable in the yard! Our stay was very enjoyable. Communication with Luís Felipe was quick and effective. We were greeted by Elis Regina, who gave us all the support we needed throughout the days we used the house. The property is well located and in a very quiet area (outside of high season). The dynamics of the house are excellent and we had an excellent and memorable experience.

The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us.
