Apartment with an excellent location, suitable for the number of people advertised. Host dedicated to leaving the apartment in the smallest details organized with a clinical eye on the household utensils needed for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend it and will return on other occasions.

We had a wonderful experience at Ieda's apartment in the Atlantic Islands. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with an incredible pool, spectacular leisure area and covered parking. The apartment is great, with three comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean, smelling and air-conditioned. We felt at home and, without a doubt, we'll be back! The hostess was very old with us at all times. This amazing place is well worth a visit.

Maykely is a super host, the house was smelly, clean and organized, bedding, new and sanitized bedding, table and bath, she lent me beach chairs and parasol, the house would look like mine, everything in hand! I didn't miss anything! On the contrary, we managed to relax as I planned, it was my first time in Caiobá! I highly recommend. I want to come back!

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is very good, close to everything, the place is very quiet too. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything you need on a daily basis and Juliana was super sweet and attentive!

My family and I loved staying in the apartment! Everything as shown in the photos and description, everything was clean! Sensational location, super responsive neighbor, even recommended the Ingá restaurant for lunch, it's worth it. We will definitely be back soon and to stay in the apartment again!!!

My husband and I stayed a week at Sun Beach Residence in Balneário Coroados. The apartment was impeccably clean. The furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils are new, all very well decorated and the construction finish is very well done. The owners Dulce and Sol were very delicate, welcomed us very well, were available throughout the stay and even though they were close, they respected our privacy. The apartment is very close to the beach. Balneário Coroados beach is very quiet. There are no buildings with apartments, noise, traffic and lines. If you want to walk, hear the sound of the sea and rest, go there. If you don't want to cook, you'll find food options near this beach. In addition to restaurants, there are markets, pharmacies and fish shops nearby. Guaratuba's municipal administration has apparently not invested in improving access roads, but there is nothing to disrupt your vacation or rest.

The location is very good, with restaurants and market nearby. Easy access to the beach. Very attentive host; very polite and helpful building gatekeepers. Definitely a great option.

Excellent property, exactly as described. Impeccable attention from the hostess Nice, responding quickly to all questions and requests for support. The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
