The apartment is super comfortable. When we arrived everything was impeccable, clean, tidy, with the smell of perfume throughout the house. We stayed 13 days and in the middle of our stay, we were surprised by a bag on the door with clean sheets and towels for replacement. The service is impeccable. I left the most important thing for last. Luciana and her husband are two super attentive, friendly and respectful people. They were always available in case we needed anything, and in fact there was no need for anything because everything was taken care of perfectly. Luciana, I send you and your husband a big hug. Our stay was sensational! The house is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. It was impeccable... very clean and fragrant! The room is great, very cozy! The kitchen is also wonderful. It is not necessary to bring anything. The balcony is perfect for those who have pets. The street is very quiet, so the car can be parked without any danger. And in my opinion, the location is great too... in 20 minutes at most, we can get to the center. IT WAS SUPER WORTH IT!! Nothing to complain about.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days.
