From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

Our stay at Murilo's apartment was very good. The place is beautiful, bright, comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped. It has everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days. The setting is beautiful, facing the sea. You can get there on foot by crossing a street. There are several shops nearby, of all kinds. From the place you can walk to all the beaches of Arraial. Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. Simple but comfy house! Hostel solved a light bulb problem and quickly , only the barbecue light was missing…otherwise we just had a 1 phase light drop problem but it was from the entire condominium!

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.
