The apartment is located on the first line of buildings from the sea on the hill, and to the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk up the stairs. (return road takes longer). The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" is a 15-minute walk away. The city of Scalea is 2km away and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning located in the living room and master bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and TV.

Complete the property with a large garden/terrace completely facing the sea and towards the beautiful view. The villa is located in a private village. The area is only 4 km from the town centers of Belvedere Marittimo and Diamante where you can find shops, banks, restaurants, post office, train stations and all the necessary services.

"Al vicoletto di Praia" Apartment

Delightful independent apartment in the central area. Located on the ground floor, renovated and air-conditioned, it consists of hallway, room with double bed and another with bunk bed (the latter only summer period), furnished kitchen (complete with dishes), bathroom with shower. Outdoor laundry room. Air conditioning (the use of 40 cents/Kwh), hairdryer, 41 LCD TV, kettle, washing machine. Pets are allowed, used to living in the apartment.
