The location of the appartment is perfect. Public transportation and convenience store is very near. The appartment is spacious and comfortable for 3 persons to stay. However the bathroom is very compact. Lots of day light and fresh air. The kitchen is also well equipped. Overall our experience was pretty good. Just a small suggestion - Please add some glasses and small spoons in the kitchen. Definitely recommend to stay at Yegor’s appartment.

I spent a long weekend with my partner. The apartment was ideal for two people, large enough that you can also retreat. We immediately felt comfortable, and realized that someone really lived there, and it was not just set up for Airbnb. The apartment was very quiet, yet well connected to the tram within 5-10 minutes' walk. The Lidl directly on the street also has everything. From there you can explore Prague well, but relax after a busy day. Miroslava was a very courteous and friendly host. Glad to come back!!

We had an amazing stay at Natalie’s. She gave great check-in instructions and restaurant suggestions. The place was very clean and quiet at night with great shades and a comfortable bed. Very close to tram and metro stops as well as walkable to Old Town and other areas of Prague. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again if in the area.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. The location is not so far from the city center – you can either take a nice walk along the river or get there quickly by tram. Having an underground parking garage is very convenient, and there are shops and cafés nearby. There is also a great area for walking a dog not so far house, with easy access to the riverbank and even an island for a nice stroll. Highly recommended!

This apartment is highly recommended. There is plenty of sleeping space, a fantastic private terrace, a fully approved kitchen and good bathroom. The only downside is there was only one toilet. We misunderstood the description and thought there was a toilet in the bathroom as well, but it's just a room with a shower, bathtub and sink. But since this is a separate room, it is no problem even if you are a larger group. Location is also great. It is within walking distance to both Old Town and the other side of the water. In addition, you don't have to stay in the middle of the most touristy, loud and expensive neighborhood. It's just a couple of minutes walk to a big grocery store. Avoid shopping in the local small shops. The price is twice as high as in large grocery stores such as Tesco and Lidl.

I had to plan a last minute extention to my stay and reached out to Anezka incredibly late at night. Despite this she was still responsive and incredibly helpful when it came to getting setup quickly. The space was clean and well kept and was incredibly easy to find. I definitely recommend her flat and will be staying here every time I come to Prague as able.

Very centrally located apartment, right next to the main square and a nice shopping street. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Many sights within walking distance. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Bright, beautiful, clean apartment. You’ll never want to leave. Living room has a nice view and is a wonderful place to relax after a hard day of touring. Host was welcoming, explaining the excellent security, responding immediately in person to a question about the washing machine, and flexible about arrival and departure times. Excellent cooking facilities, utensils, refrigerator, and freezer. Nice gift in the refrigerator. Good location--four tram stops to old and new towns; great tram access to the lesser town. Metro nearby. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Excellent value.

Nice contact with the host, extremely friendly and helpful. After a short walk with a few meters of altitude, the swimming/fishing area is easily accessible.

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

The place was really beautiful and big, plus Martina was very considerate for all of our needs , one of my best stays :)

Had a great time! We were there with 20 friends and everyone had a place to sleep. The lake is wonderful and the premises are much larger than in the pictures. The covered terrace accommodated all 20 of us well and protected us from the rain.

Really good location and facilities. Perfect for a big group. We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again.

Very friendly, helpful and reliable. The accessibility was great and you quickly found a solution. The location is a bit remote, just right for those who want to escape from everyday life. The nearest restaurant is just a few km away - a small, highly recommended roundabout in the village of Buš, the rest is all further away. Stefan provided us with a small PDF, which is also available in the house, where everything important is in it - e.g. activities, shopping, etc... The well-being of the little ones was also taken care of. Dogs are always welcome. The rooms were perfectly adequate, but since there were 9 of us, it was a challenge with the small toilet and the “small” shower in the morning, but everything was doable! All in all, very nice and if it happens again, we will be happy to come back ;) THANK YOU…

Staying at Martina and Alexi's was really great. The welcome and openness of the hosts was very pleasant. The location right on the lake was simply beautiful and very quiet. That's exactly what we imagined. Our original hotel in Prague was suddenly overbooked… and fortunately we came across Martina's accommodation. A spontaneous booking was possible. Thank you so much for having us.❤️ We would love to come back and if we had time, we would have stayed longer.

would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends who go out late. this place has no windows so no light to wake you up. The space is very big and location is perfect. My next time in prague will definitely be here again.

The flat was spacious and pleasant, with all the necessary equipment. Easy to find and check in with the lockbox. I enjoyed being at walking distance to all the sights and to the railway station. Jakub was kind and responsive. A lovely stay!
