Although the home is soundproofed by 5-layer windows, it might not be suited for light sleepers. Perfect for two couples or 1 family. Ideal for 4 people, but additional 2 people can use living room sleeper sofa. Elevated ground floor, 15 stairs have to be mounted upon entering the building entrance.

Welcome to my renovated & quiet apartment! In historical building in backstreet of the city center, without any car traffic to bother you with huge terrace! The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment and metro station Anděl is only 3 mins away by foot! There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availability of parking  in garages - 15€/day. And yes, we have fast Wi-Fi internet

A beautiful studio in the heart of Prague. Directly next to the stunning National Theater. It provides a romantic view of the Vltava river and it's lush green islands. Offering comfortable, flexible check-in from early morning! The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator. In the building is a cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our famous beer. Parking is excellent considering this is the city center.

I spent a long weekend with my partner. The apartment was ideal for two people, large enough that you can also retreat. We immediately felt comfortable, and realized that someone really lived there, and it was not just set up for Airbnb. The apartment was very quiet, yet well connected to the tram within 5-10 minutes' walk. The Lidl directly on the street also has everything. From there you can explore Prague well, but relax after a busy day. Miroslava was a very courteous and friendly host. Glad to come back!!

Finding the key was like starring in a low-budget spy movie — decoding clues, fumbling with locks, and questioning our life choices with a suitcase wheel that made a horrible clicking noise and 32° température. But once inside, it was pure bliss! A great stay that totally redeemed the secret-agent entrance. Thanks Anastasia for these days in your marvellous flat in a very cool part of thé city. --- Je peux aussi faire une version encore plus absurde ou légère si tu veux aller plus loin dans le ton !

Andrea's apartment is cosy, comfortable, and very well equiped. The beds are comfortable, the airconditioning was a plus during hot summer days. SUPER CLEAN! The whole house is well maintaned. The location is great, a metro station is only 5 minutes away, the city centre is 10 minutes max. The parking place is really handy if you travell by car. Andrea is a great host, easy to communicate with, quick to help, but not intrusive. I wholeheartedly reccommend this apartment, it will be top on my list when I visit Prague again.

would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends who go out late. this place has no windows so no light to wake you up. The space is very big and location is perfect. My next time in prague will definitely be here again.

Sarah was a super friendly and very uncomplicated hostess. She also has two very great and very dear cleaning ladies. When they realized that we were there a little earlier, they immediately prepared the bottom floor for us. On the morning of my arrival, Sarah was available and gave me tips on how to get to the specified location where I can park. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and everything was just perfect all around. Thanks so much Sarah!
