In the living room/kitchen is heating/aircon air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses . New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Fantastic 180 ˚ sea view, one hour drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy cottage is located. Here you will return to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can be surfed/streamed from the grid. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a swing, trampoline, sandbox and fire pit. There is a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
