Getting to the house is through a narrow walking path and thats not even a major drawback. The house is cute, two sleeping areas ( bedroom and hall) were both super clean and nice. Bathrooms are very clean too with good water and heater. Theres a nice smartTV as well which we happily used!! Anuj was our contact person and he accommodated an early check in and late checkout ( for a reasonable price) and was always available for contact and prompt. Most important is the LOCATION!! House is literally at walking distance from Olive and less than 2kms from so many hotspots in bandra( boojee , bastian etc) which made it so easy to travel back and forth.

We had a wonderful stay at Sanjeev's property. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean and all the amenities were available and working.

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!

This was a place we as a group was searching to have a great get together. We friends were meeting after ages. Now about the place it's was so beautiful more than a picture which was uploaded. Neat and tidy 💗💗. The experience was really good. The caretaker was very kind and helpful.. The Host Akshay made it sure we are happy and enjoying our stay at his place. He also made sure that if anything he can do better for us while on the stay..I really like to visit this place again.. ❤️❤️

IC Colony is a great location in Mumbai that’s safe and close to many businesses and main roads. Captain Derrick is very responsive and took the time to ensure we settle in nicely. In addition, we appreciated his flexibility working with our schedule. The house was clean and as advertised: spacious bedrooms and beds, hot water, and a functional kitchen. While we didn’t have the occasion to use it, the rooftop terrace is the perfect place to host a get together with friends and family. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay in Mumbai with a very nice host.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

This property was amazing as were the hosts. We had a very good time and it felt like home. The people managing the property were helpful and proactive. Have stayed at a few properties in Mumbai through Airbnb but this was by far the best in terms of space, cleanliness, location, and value for money! Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you are looking for a stay that's located at the perfect distance from Mumbai's hustle bustle and yet well connected, this is the spot! The rooms and decor were exactly as depicted and Sujata had been extremely proactive and helpful with all our queries. The self checkin was super convenient and the locality felt very safe. Overall, it was an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and spacious stay!

Adil’s place was really home away from home. It was quiet, homely and comforting with quite a great view of the city. It is walking distance to the monorail station and around 10 mins via cab to the nearest local station. It is definitely a very comfortable and affordable stay and a must visit the next time you’re in Mumbai!

Stanly was a great host!! He was really friendly, kind and helpful. For my first in Mumbai with my family, Stanly sure did help us with everything we needed even our travel experiences. He was kind enough to attend to all our needs and gave us a warm welcome and a safe stay. He provided us a neat and tidy apartment bedspace and helped us with all our queries. I will surely recommend this stay to anybody i know. The space can easily accomodate a family of four 👍🏻.

So there are businesses, motivated by money, and then there are families, driven by a desire to genuinely connect with and treat and please guests, making the ancient Sanskrit proverb "Atithi Devo Bhava" come to life in our mostly material and dispassionate world. I cannot praise the Datta family enough for their warmth, hospitality, and genuine connection with the guests. From the moment I entered through the front door I felt the "Good Vibe", the moniker for their beautiful home! Both Mrs. and Mr. Datta catered to all my needs, and it felt as if I just stayed at the home of a childhood friend. Shreetoma is jovial and bubbly young lady and very fast in communicating and super helpful. I strongly recommend that guests consider this home for their next stay. Many thanks for a marvelous stay, and hope to connect with you again soon!

Located perfectly to explore Mumbai from. Close to the airport. Next to Mumbai Central station. Very close to prime spots. All said, my friends and I didn’t actually feel like leaving this home because it’s so gorgeous and has the most generous host. The house is cosy and beautiful. For anyone who has an appreciation of tasteful decor and hosting, this place is inspirational. Everything was as mentioned in the post. A huge bonus we weren’t expecting were the sights of sunset from the balcony. Very safe and courteous staff in the building too. Going back soon again!
