Vacation rentals with lake access in Povljana

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

A great house with a great pool. Super helpful contact. We felt really comfortable here for just under 2 weeks with two families. Especially the children (7-10) loved the pool. The layout of the rooms for two families is also great. I'll be happy to come soon.

Iva is a wonderful host. Totally open and friendly and lovable. She gave us homemade limoncello and cookies and was always very sweet. She also helped us organize a scooter. A great woman! We felt at home. 🌞 And we would be happy to come back.

We spent wonderful days with our children at Ivana's house. The location is particularly great, right on the lake with private access and perfect for the children to swim as it is very shallow on the Shore. In the garden you will always find a shade spot during the day.

It was the perfect place to stay for our two families. The kids had plenty to do with the pool, basketball and petanque, and the garden has lots of room for play. The house is ideal: clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marko's lovely Mother gave us fresh eggs, her own olive oil and even baked us some pastries and bread. The setting is beautiful, a slice of rural Dalmatia with farming activities going on all around. The area is rich in wildlife and our April visit was peak time for spring birdsong and wildflowers. We even saw tortoises in the hills behind the house, and wild orchids. Vrana Lake is a short drive away, and there are many hiking trails near the house. Supermarkets are available in Pakostane and Biograd, and Zadar and Split/Trogir are an hour's drive. The stunning coast with secluded beaches in within 30 mins. We loved Murter especially. Marko was a great host - always available and he couldn't have been more helpful. We were very sad to leave! Hvala!

Thank you for the great time to Paula and her family! Great people and everyone was very helpful! We felt like family and got along great! We were always helped with problems, the hosts are just great! The area is quiet and super nice, beach can be reached quickly by stairs. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Small shop easily accessible nearby. We will be back next year!

The stay at Sinišas place was great. It is a quiet and somewhat remote location, but that way you could relax wonderfully. His parents spent the summer in the apartment above us and I have to say that they are quite wonderful and lovable people. Every contact with them was nice and extremely hospitable, as I have not yet been allowed to experience. I am incredibly grateful for their efforts and for everything they have done for us. I'm not done with Croatia yet and will definitely come back! :)

My family and I rented Lea's apartment for over a week long stay in Pakoštane. This place exceeded our wildest expectations. Lea is a lovely host, and communicative , she was very quick to respond to our messages with questions, the apartment had everything you needed, and even more than we expected, like in our own home. And above all, very clean and fresh🤗🤗 Close to the beach (within 5 min walk) beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and nearby islands. Breakfast daily on the balcony 😎 Parking at the entrance of the block. Thank you Lea for the opportunity to stay in your apartment 😘😘 We recommend this host and her family to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pakoštane , 🥰 we were very happy to meet them. We hope to see you again ……..

The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished and the two of us felt very comfortable. The view from the terrace over the sea to the opposite island of Pag is outstanding - wonderful sunsets! The ferry to Pag was right in the village, further below - the crossing is very worthwhile. Prizna is a small, extremely quiet village. Good starting point to explore North Dalmatia (Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica Gorge, Velebit Mountains, Pag and Rab Islands, Zadar, etc.). Communication with Jens and Lida was warm, quick and straightforward and they had nice tips ready for us.

It was one of the best of our vacations. Śime and his family are very welcoming, caring and kind hosts. The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped and very clean. A nice surprise for us was the welcome basket of fruit and drinks in the fridge. We are always ready to give advice on where to hang out or eat in Pakostane. The apartment itself is close to everything and together with this in a quiet and peaceful place, just behind the line of bustling seaside eateries with smoking fire pits in the evenings. On the last day, we were able to leave a few hours later and go to the beach in the morning, for which we would like to thank the hosts.

Very nice apartment with a splendid view of the Kornati Islands. Functional, comfortable, and full of charm. It was a pleasure to enjoy the hot tub on the rooftop terrace. We were able to shine all over Dalmatia. Thanks to Anneliese for her kindness.

We enjoyed our time here, only two nights but it was a quiet area with outstanding views. Rikardo was very helpful as well and made check in super easy. I love the architecture of this place. Especially the skyline and hammock. Thank you.
