Apartment vacation rentals in Povile

We were guests of Milena for the second time. The accommodation is modern, it has everything you need. Everything is very clean. At night it was very quiet, we could sleep with the window open. (Thanks to the fly screen) There is a very good bakery nearby and some very good restaurants. The sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk. There is also an e-charging station nearby. Milena was always available for questions.

The accommodation is located near the beach, although the path is downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back, rather steep. It's a few minutes' walk, but you can also go down by car and easily find parking down by the sea. The beach is well equipped, with pebbles, beautiful water, kiosks to eat something, free showers, inflatables in the water and a fantastic diving board. You can rent a paddle boat and visit the small island in front of the beach. On the beach there is a nice promenade and many trees that create shaded areas where you can stop. The accommodation is brand new, tidy and clean and Fabian and his mom are very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed the opportunity to stay with our dog. The house has a shaded garden with a barbecue area with table and chairs. The neighborhood is very quiet, the accommodation is well ventilated and also offers air conditioning in the living room. Would recommend!

The apartment is on the first floor in a fenced house and has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the island of Krk. The kitchen was well equipped. A big plus was the private parking lot behind the entrance gate that accommodates two cars and a 30" SmartTV. The host was always happy to help. The beaches stretch throughout the town, and along them you can easily find restaurants, bars, and free restrooms. Novi Vinodolski is definitely a very interesting holiday offer:)

Dear Vlado! We felt very comfortable in your apartment! The apartment is superbly laid out, very clean and the view fascinated us! The proximity to the place is perfect! You can walk to the beach. There are shops and good restaurants and two bakeries are also within easy reach. Selce is a great, lively place where there is certainly no boredom in the evening. You can also easily walk along the beach promenade to the next larger town. There are countless swimming opportunities here, too. We had a great vacation week with our children and will certainly come back! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

It actually was all lovely. Everything in the apartment was new and in top condition. Very clean and tidy and during the week fresh towels, great service! Also the pool and loungers always tidy, very clean and fresh towels available every day, Hotel standard is not always self-evident for vacation rentals! The beach is right around the corner and Neptune is excellent for dining.

The accommodation was really great, spacious, with a terrace with a super panoramic view of the sea (it really completed the holiday atmosphere) and very good amenities. Parking was convenient and safe in front of the accommodation. A smaller square, which suited us perfectly, was within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, had a buffet with refreshments, and was less crowded than the main city square. The city center is about 15-20 minutes walk along the coast (pleasant walk). It was a great start to our vacation and we'd love to come back🙂

We had a very nice time. The area is very quiet and the beaches are within walking distance. If you want to have a larger beach then it is a 5-minute drive to Novi Vinodolski. What an amazing place. The apartment is at the end of a beautiful harbor where all the bars and restaurants can be found. We sat on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The apartment was sparkling clean, small but comfortable. Everything was present. Our host was friendly, helpful and always available for tips and advice.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it based on the description. It was especially nice to just step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you might need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

I use the Airbnb formula a lot for my vacations but it is the first time that I am satisfied with everything proposed by the Host, excellent location, clean apartment tidy and tastefully furnished, host and his collaborators very efficient for every need, some small tips to improve I will give him as private feedback, host and location highly recommended. Spacious apartment with wonderful view. There is all equipment you need, beach is very close and pools are cleaned on regular basis. Also suitable for families with children. Communication with host was very swift, Karmen helped us immediately with anything we needed. We had a great time!

What a beautiful treasure box, and amazing family, Ivona and her dad Vladimir could not be any nicer, they are both well communicating and both are extremely attentive and helpful, we've got all we needed, our apartment was spotless and well equipped, located on the second floor with the most beautiful view from our private balcony. The centre is in walking distance and the apartment house is on a very quiet street, with a beautiful garden to look out. Beautiful place and owners! Thanks for having us, we will be back:)

We spent 2 nights at this place. BlaZEnka was very kind and sent us all the instructions to find the accommodation easily but we still struggled a bit (fatigue also played a role). Free parking is on a parallel street but super convenient to have. The place was very clean!! It was a little cool and dark but there is everything you need to feel good (positive point for the shower gel and shampoo). The center is within walking distance in a few minutes but the main street to get there is very busy with cars that drive fast and the sidewalk is narrow. Huge positive point, we were able to do a load of laundry, it helped us a lot!!!

Just like on the photo. The size of the house is small, it's a bit cramped for 4 people. But the terrace itself is large, great views of the bay. The mobile home was shaking during the storm. The whole number in the house, next to the footpath.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

Of all our stays on this trip, Natasia‘s was our favorite. She and her husband were welcoming and personable. She was knowledgeable about the area and the people there. We appreciate so much her help with everything. Kourtney, the AirBnB hostess turtle, was precious. She added to the overall experience.

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we would run into each other when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is there! Jacuzzi, very nice with views over the town, you feel like a king and queen! Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
