We are 1.5 km from the cathedral. It is still a few minutes away from the city's gastronomic circuit and the Municipal Natural Park. We are also close to the Samuel Libânio School of Medicine and Hospital and a few minutes from the Southern Minas Law School. And 10 minutes (by car) from the 14⁰GAC of the army.

Wilian has always been available for clarification, understood and met our needs. The house is large and very airy, equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable and very equipped accommodation. The neighborhood is a little far from the center, but in the surroundings it is possible to find all the necessary trade structure for the accommodation. I recommend "put bósta!" (as they say there when the opinion is unanimous)

I had a great stay, quiet place, easy access to the center by car, the property is very good, comfortable, the shower is wonderful, great kitchen and perfect service area with all the necessary utensils, which is rare to find, plenty of space for my pet, I just loved it, not to mention the kindness of Mr. Marcus, always ready to serve me, excellent cost-benefit, I will definitely be back.

I was in Pouso Alegre from June 18 to 22, 2025. Everything was perfect, the host was always very helpful. The accommodation is exactly as advertised. Myself and my family love the place.
