Cosy Beachfront chalet/studio (20 mt. from beach) on the South East coast of Ireland, fully self contained with well equipped kitchen, shower & w.c. I now have a stove in so it's very cosy for winter stays, I will supply enough fuel to get you going but you will need to buy your own fuel from the local shop!You have uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, it is a very tranquil setting.Ideally suited for a couple or 2 adults ,if they don't mind sharing a double bed! Lovely relaxing environment, Ample free car parking space.Local shops/pub within 15 mins walking. Close by amenities include Leisure Centre with swimming pool etc. Large town,Gorey, 10 mins drive away with lots of nice places to eat ... Bed linen + towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. I live above the property if there is a problem or you need anything , but otherwise you will have total privacy ! Safe beach for swimming, One clean, house trained dog is welcome ,but please inform me if you are bringing your dog :)

This was a great choice to spend two peaceful nights away. Angela has thought of everything in terms of what is needed in a tiny home like this. She has wonderful taste and has created a comfortable, cosy, very clean and gorgeous space to spend time in. Angela is a very generous host - evident through the little extras that she provides in the hut as well as her warm and kind personality. She wants you to feel at home! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a bit of headspace and appreciates nature. It's somewhere I will definitely go back to! Thanks Angela :)

Our stay was great. Easy check, the host was very nice and left us some nice welcome treats which were very appreciated. We visited Saltee Island to see the puffins there, the experience was truly amazing - would recommend it to anyone. Would stay here again.

We were staying with two families at Breffni’s place and had a wonderful time. The place was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and had stunning views. Our toddler daughter loved to play hide and seek ;) with the many rooms. Breffni was an excellent host sending us clear instructions and responding timely. Thank you! Would definitely recommend this place.

Soul Van / Glamping / Off Grid

We couldn’t recommend the Soul Van more! The directions given were perfect and right from check-in Bernadette went above and beyond for us. The van is incredible inside, a real relaxation space. The location was perfect, Courtown is within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive. Bernadette’s recommendations were amazing (coffee shops, walking trails etc) and her little touches made the stay so much better than we could’ve hoped for. There are lots of things to do in the nearby areas, but our favourite part of the trip was spent in the van just playing board games and enjoying the peace and quiet! We will absolutely be returning again and would recommend it to everyone!
