Vacation rentals with a home theater in Potsdam-Mittelmark

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

definitely my new home away from home in berlin. thea was a perfect host - easy to communicate with, helpful, friendly, and flexible! its clear that she puts a ton of care into the space and its a really enjoyable, comfortable, and cool place to stay. loved it!!!!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ann-Kristin. Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern wunderschön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, so dass man selbst schnell zur Ruhe kommt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und ich kann dieses Apartment herzlichst weiterempfehlen! Bis auf ganz bald, liebe Grüße

일단 숙소의 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 지하철역에서 약 10-15분 정도 도보로 걸어야 하지만 걷는 길마다 베를린 특유의 감성과 많은 빈티지샵, 마트가 있어서 지루하지 않게 이 길을 오고 갈 수 있었습니다. 큰 배낭과 캐리어를 가지고 이동해야 했으나 큰 불편함 없이 도달할 수 있었으며, 체크인 시간이 매우 유연하여 늦은 시간 도착임에도 문제 없었습니다. 베를린에서 합리적인 가격에 네명이 묵으며 한 두끼 정도는 요리를 해먹을 수 있는 감도 높은 숙소를 원했기 때문에 저희에게 매우 적합하다고 생각합니다. (물론 두명은 쇼파를 확장하여 자야 했으나 침구가 매우 청결하고 이미 베드쇼파로 준비 되어있어 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다.) 늦은 시간 체크인으로 인해 온수 사용에 문제가 있었으나 호스트 분은 빠르게 피드백을 주시고 문제에 대한 해결 방안을 제시해주셔서 저희도 이 점을 인지하고 조율할 수 있었습니다. 따뜻하고 책임감 있는 호스팅에 감사드립니다! 근처에 베를린 특유의 감성이 느껴지는 와인바들이 많고, 조금만 걸으면 미테중심에서 쇼핑이 가능하여 관광객에게 적절합니다! 두명은 프랑크푸르트에서, 두명은 한국에서 먼 길을 여행 왔는데 좋은 추억 만들고 갈 수 있었어요 <3

Jeg kan virkelig anbefale, at tilbringe tid i Annas lejlighed. Der var stille og roligt, og man sover med vinduet ud til en baggård, hvilket er skønt. Den er placeret perfekt i Prenzlauer Berg med gåafstand til alt😍 Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

I spent a week of remote work there. Off-season stay was truly refreshing. The lake is beautiful, all you need is just minutes driving or even just walking. The house is tiny (indeed) equipped efficiently, the bed is comfy… Helmut is defo a top notch host; responsive, solving problems proactively… and has a weakens for Argentina and the most influential woman of its history… Evita

Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, liebevolle Einrichtung. Da wir eine weite Anreise hatten war es gut, das Michael bei dem Check in sehr flexibel war :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Samir, besonders mit Kindern ist es ein perfektes Haus! Es gibt viel Platz, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht und Spielsachen gibt es auch. Die Absprachen mit Samir waren sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir dürfen ;) Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich unglaublich hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln kann. Das hat uns jetzt allerdings nicht gestört.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt mit vier Generationen und waren alle rundum begeistert! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben – ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit. Besonders für Kinder ist es ein wahres Paradies, mit vielen tollen Spielzeugen. Mit den Kapla-Steinen hatten wir alle gemeinsam – Jung und Alt – richtig viel Spaß! Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Familienfeier direkt um die Ecke und hat uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich versüßt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein – bei schönem Wetter haben wir sogar den Grill angeworfen. Die herzliche Kommunikation mit Stefan und seiner Familie hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Es war schön zu erleben, wie bei diesem Gastgeber der ursprüngliche Airbnb-Gedanke gelebt wird: Urlaub machen, wo andere zu Hause sind. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben uns in Stefanie’s Wohnung auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, und durchdacht und kreativ, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, eine wunderschöne Oase in Berlin. Besonders genossen haben wir den Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer: morgens mit Blick auf die herbstlich verfärbten Bäume aufzuwachen und gemütlich mit einem Buch in der Hand den Tag zu beginnen. Stefanie war stets bemüht darum, dass wir einen guten Aufenthalt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Rachel. Sa maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour un sejour à Berlin que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

Het betreft een goed verzorgt en goed onderhouden appartement op de 4de verdieping. Goede en ruim uitgeruste keuken. Woonkamer keurig ingericht. Nette en ruime badkamer. Wat opviel was de rust in het appartement en nette en smaakvolle aankleding. Wij zijn er een week verbleven en vonden het een mooie uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te bezoeken met een U-baan station op korte loopafstand. Matteo, de eigenaar, reageerde snel en vriendelijk.

Myrjana is an extremely welcoming being. I felt at home the moment I arrived, moreover she came down on the street to receive me..helped me take my luggage as we had to climb the stairs..just one floor. She has this motherly vibe to her and in welcoming presence she would instantly make you feel at home. The house is extremely pretty and beautiful. Love the aesthetics..must say she has made it with so much love and care. Kitchen is well organised and she has everything that you need! Bedroom was clean and comfortable. She has a balcony where we can chill and relax and watch the trees and the sky. Overall it was an amazing experience! MJ is a beautiful woman! ♥️ would definitely love to come back here and spend more time! 🫂💫✨

Una tra i migliori appartamenti finora prenotati. Posto in una zona residenziale di Berlino, tranquilla e verde. Facilmente raggiungibili i mezzi pubblici (5 minuti a piedi per S-Bahn, autobus sotto casa). Parcheggio coperto. Facile ingresso con ascensore. Un appartamento vivo (balcone ricco di piante), spazioso e luminoso. Grado di pulizia ottimo. Cucina funzionale come quella di una casa vera. Due bagni ben strutturati. Host gentile e reattiva, ottimi consigli e indicazioni.
