My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Filmpark Babelsberg and the district of the same name are interesting excursion destinations. The S-Bahn train, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, takes you to Berlin in 25 minutes or Potsdam city centre in 10 minutes. You can drive to the motorway within 5 minutes, but neither they nor the train can be heard at night.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. My guest apartment offers space for 2-4 people on 45 m2. It is comfortably furnished-modern and invites you to linger - so my guests say it:-). After a long day of excursion, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and a shower room. With more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
