Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your accommodation. Tonia is perfect, she fulfilled all our requests making sure that our vacation was fantastic. Thank you

Giulia was great and the place is really well located for quick access (by car) to the beaches and the town. Beautiful surroundings. Definitely worth a longer visit next time.

We had a wonderful week at Giuliano's. We especially loved the wonderful garden. A small oasis, on the edge of a well-kept complex. Ample beautiful garden furniture available. In the morning we were mostly on the road, then the garden in the midday heat was a real treat. The bed is very comfortable. Beach within walking distance (beautiful free beach, with enough distance to the street) and also many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Giuliano himself was a fantastic host, always trying to make our stay even more beautiful, always available, reliable and extremely accommodating. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Rosella and her husband welcomed us courteously late in the evening upon our arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I already know we'll be back.

We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. My daughter and I stayed in Arnaldo's house for 2 days. First of all, I wanted to thank Arnaldo for his availability and flexibility with check-in, really really appreciated. The cleanliness of the house is really great. The space is well equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. What else can I say, Arnaldo is really super helpful and very polite, a very good host, seeing a young guy who cares about his work is nice. We'll be back for sure.

This was a great place to stay in Ancona in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with all the attractions within walkable distance. The apartment is lovely, all white decor, so very bright, with two large bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room. Michael was the perfect host. He recommended a good restaurant and organised a taxi to the airport. Five stars all round!

What can I say, everything was perfect, location, hospitality and availability. We will definitely come back and 🤗 recommend it!

Niki is a really friendly person, available for everything. New apartment, very clean and with everything you need, even a beach umbrella! A nice, well-kept garden. A strategic location within walking distance of all services and the historic center. The garage is extremely convenient! What can I say, my partner and I can't wait to go back!! Really lovely rustic house in a beautiful location amongst olive trees. Tamsin was a great host, promptly answering any queries we had and making good recommendations. Veg plot was a great bonus for easy salads on hot days! We had a lovely trip!

It is difficult for me to emphasize because I was very satisfied all around. Andrea was very pleasant and reliable. Even when there was a small problem, he was immediately on hand on Sunday morning with a solution. The apartment was great and the location speaks for itself. My stay was wonderful and I would book there again any time.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

Very nice house, and an amazing host

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
