Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Possum Kingdom Lake

came here because we had a baseball tournament at rocker b ranch. I have four kids, me and my husband and this space was comfortable and practice. My kids LOVED the bunk beds situation. Lou was extremely responsive. I even messaged her late at night (10pmish) and didn’t realize the time but she responded so quickly and her husband came out to help me with the dock lights AND gave me fishing tips. I caught my first fish ever here!!!! Clean up/check out was easy and simple. Check in was a breeze. My husband kept mentioning how much he loved the space and dock being so close to the house. We loved it and will likely be back even without the baseball tournament!!

The house was very comfortable and accommodating for our whole group. It’s right on the water and made for easy entertainment for the kids (swimming, floating and kayaking in front of the house) while the adults were able to grill out and relax on the back porch and back yard. We also enjoyed renting the boat! Great weekend all around. Wade was very proactive with information on the house and responsive with any questions we had. Very much recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Melissa's beautiful home this past weekend! We were in town for a cookoff and needed a place to prep, sleep, and relax, and this home was absolutely perfect. The house itself is stunning, and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Starting the day with a cup of coffee while looking out over the lake was such a peaceful and energizing way to begin our mornings. The spacious kitchen was a game-changer for our meal prep for the competition, and the ocean-themed decor throughout the home added a charming and relaxing touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided us with the restful sleep we needed for our busy weekend. Melissa was a fantastic host, and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

We had an amazing weekend at this lake house! The setup was perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and a fast resolution to a minor issue made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We LOVE staying at the barn. We’ve been a few times now and it honestly feels like a home away from home. Jamee and Mark are so friendly and welcoming—it’s always such a laid-back, easy stay. We love that we can bring the dogs, and they always have the best time too. The open space, the animals (the girls/chickens crack us up), the pool, the smoker—it’s all just perfect. Total reset from work and city life. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and always hard to leave. Already looking forward to the next trip back!!

Stay was great - easy to get in. Lots of towels and supplies. Loved having a box of trash bags, what a novel idea. Check out instructions were clear and simple. Fully stocked for everything we needed to cook.

The home was beautiful. They had everything there that you needed fully stock kitchen and lots of activities to do outside beautiful beautiful home. Our family enjoyed it so much and will think about booking again there five star rating for.

We enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel! We stayed in a third floor apartment and it was wonderful. It was very comfortable and quiet. If we are back in Eastland, we will definitely consider staying here again! Great place to stay and very affordable!

We always stay at The Eastland when we’re in town, and this was our second (maybe third!) time staying in this wonderful apartment. Laine is a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. The apartment is more than enough space for our family. Our teenager loves the privacy of the upstairs loft, and my elderly mother has her own comfortable space right next to us, with easy access and plenty of room to navigate with her walker, both inside and out. The place is so charming, the pool is an extra treat, and the history of the building really takes it over the top. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

So happy we got to stay here. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again soon!

The hostess is absolutely amazing. Had a little bit of trouble with Airbnb not giving instructions, but the hostess was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Second time, we’ve stayed here and we love it.

Third time renting and I always enjoy staying here to get away for a weekend and get some fresh air and sun. River was higher than normal and we took advantage of it. Wildlife is abundant, a pair of owls graced us with their presence each evening once the sun went behind the trees. Perfect trip.

The experience at this cabin was outstanding! Several amenities are included and this is a great spot for a getaway from the city. It's a cozy cabin for any time of the year.

Awesome stay! Very peaceful cabin in a beautiful location. We enjoyed fishing in the river! Lots of room inside, and the AC blew nice and cold for the hot days.

Want for nothing! Host was kind enough to share kayaks and a lilly pad that our kids LOVED. Kids had all the items needed and the gas grill was super nice to have. Enjoyed evenings by the fire pit looking over the water. Enough room for all 7 of us. Kids really enjoyed the attic/hang out space. Only 2 minus were spotty internet sometimes while trying to do some work and that the ladder on the dock came off so we had to wade to shore. Very small downsides haha!

My sister and I enjoyed are stay. The place was very comfortable and we enjoyed walking around the area. It was only a few minutes to drive into Granbury, and we enjoyed a couple of good restaurants and walking around Historic Downtown. We would stay there again if we were in the area. Michelle and Sam were great hosts.
