Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. Further afield, Goodwood race course and motor circuit are just 10 minutes drive away, with the south downs and lovely walks close by. Sussex's beaches are also just a few miles down the road.
