We are in the right place to reach so many beautiful places: Terme di Vulci and Saturnia, Lake Bolsena, the sea in Montalto and the last beach of Tuscany, the Etruscan necropolis of Tarquinia, Capalbio, the Tarot Garden, Tuscania, the Hermitage of Poggio Conte, the Cathedral of Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio.

My place is located just 10 meters from the sea and close to the center of the village. You'll appreciate my home for its quiet neighborhood and strategic location. It is ideal for couples and families, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the presence of shops and various clubs in the immediate vicinity. Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
