Všechna hodnocení návštěvníků jsou pravdivá a můžeme jen souhlasit. Dokonalá lokalita, krásné zázemí ,zejména krásná rozlehlá zahrada ,kterou jsme milovali nejen my ,ale i náš malý pes. Naprosté soukromí ,jste tam sami ,nikdo Vás neruší. Přímo u moře se soukromou pláží pro pár lidí. Vše blízko ,všude se dá dojit i pěšky. Rodina Raffaely velmi vstřícná a milá.Cesta autem před sezónou z České republiky naprosto klidná ,ikdyž daleká, ale rozhodně stojí za to ,tuto cestu a dovolenou do domu k této rodině znovu zopakovat. Rádi zase přijedeme a tímto celé rodině Raffaely děkujeme.

Absolutely beautiful place in a perfect location in the heart of the Centro Historico part of Monopoli. Located on a very quiet street, with a ton of charm. The suite was gorgeous, modern, but with historical character as well. Lots of big breezy windows to open and enjoy the sounds of nearby church bells. It was a very accessible location, basically every part of the city was a 5 minute walk away. Super close to the ocean for beautiful sunsets and beach days. I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jonathan’s place. He was helpful during check in and on hand to answer any queries about our onward travel. The flat is perfectly located in Monopoli and it is easy to access the beach spots going along the coastline. The flat was spotless, has a comfortable bed and is tastefully designed. Jonathan’s restaurant recommendations were also great and we enjoyed three fantastic evening meals from his house booklet (avoiding any tourist traps!) Monopoli was our favourite spot on our Puglian trip and I would recommend Jonathan’s place. Thank you!

Spędziliśmy kilka dni w tym apartamencie i z czystym sumieniem mogę go polecić każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego, klimatycznego miejsca w sercu Monopoli. Lokalizacja była absolutnie idealna, blisko starego miasta, plaży i wszystkich uroczych uliczek. Sam apartament był bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Dużym plusem była klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko oraz kuchnia, w której można było spokojnie przygotować śniadanie czy prosty obiad. Właścicielka była pomocna i komunikatywna, kontakt szybki, a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Dodatkowe punkty za przewodnik po okolicy i polecenia lokalnych restauracji, które rzeczywiście okazały się świetne. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie, idealna baza do zwiedzania Monopoli i okolic.

We stayed at Roberto's place for almost a week as a jumping off point to explore Puglia. The apartment is beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. It's spacious, clean, central and easy to access. The only thing to note would be that it is minimally stocked, so you will need to grab all your kitchen essentials (like olive oil/spices etc.) and paper towel/toilet paper. Not a negative, just something to note! We would absolutely stay here again.

Saverio and his wife Nika are super star hosts. After a day of travel we felt right at home with a bowl of fresh cherries and cold beers. The flat is in a great location, near lots of bars and restaurants as well as the port. We ran into a couple issues while in Monopoli, and Saverio and Nika were a great help. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, even after we left Monopoli. We hope to come back to this beautiful town soon and will definitely stay at their home again!
