The heart of the country with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5' and the beaches, by car, in 15'.

La terrazza/balcone, 5 mq mq, arredata con divano, tavolino e sedie permette di goderne i lati migliori soprattutto nei pasti e ore serali. Agevole parcheggio gratuito esterno a 100 mt. non custodito ma sicuro ( Caserma CC e PL). Provare per credere!

The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.
