Such a great location, although there was a lot of people in the area, once the doors were closed it was very quiet. Easy walking to everywhere and amazing dining options. Free parking everywhere

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

We spent 5 days at Vincent's place. The apartment was beautiful. From the bedroom balcony you could see the great harbor and from the living room you could look over the bay. The host was very friendly and thought of everything to give us a nice stay at the place. Everything was even better than described and especially the area. In front of the door you had everything you needed. Great restaurants, bars, shopping and even bakers. It also took less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. We are glad to have chosen Vincent's accommodation and are very grateful to him for his courtesy. We would definitely come back!

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

We stayed at Neus's place for a week. The location is great! You can get to the beach of Porto Cristo, restaurants and other shops very quickly. The accommodation itself was as described in the advertisement. Small but nice. However, we would like to point out a couple of points that we noticed a little negatively. In the kitchen, the cabinets smelled very unpleasant and the shower drain was not quite sufficient, so the whole bathroom was quickly flooded. Otherwise, it was really great there! In particular, the hostess proactively gave us information about the check-in, was available for questions and was also very friendly. :) We felt comfortable at Neus. Thank you again.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Carmen’s place is a dream beach house! The house is immaculate and you can tell they have paid so much attention to every detail. Communication with Carmen was also perfect! The part of the house we enjoyed the most was the beautiful terrace full of plants and flowers, table with chairs and even lounge chairs! If we were to go back to Mallorca we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There are a few rules to follow to help conserve energy, trash selection etc but we felt it was the least we could do to help preserve such a neat place!

We had an amazing time in Portocolom. We spent mornings and evenings on the roof terrace with the view of the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Juan Antonio Y Elena have been very kind to us from check-in to check-out. This made the stay even more enjoyable. Their daughter welcomed us live with a nice welcome gift. When we had questions, they were responding very quickly. The location was perfect for us as we could drive to wineries, to Palma and to beautiful calas on the east coat. There is everything you need inside the house. There is a really nice beach not too far and near the Bar Blau. Side notes, what you see from the pictures in the listing is what you get. I would say though that the view on the terrace is better live. I would kindly recommend to change the mattresses to make them softer for the back, at least the main room upstairs. Also, the shower would really benefit a refresh. Overall, this place has been a great discovery and we recommend it.

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

The best view we’ve ever had! A lovely stay, we would recommend this place.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Beautiful stay in a stunning location.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

As described. Independent check-in. Everything you need in the apartment. I recommend it. 😉

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky
