Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. My flat is situated very close to the beach. It includes: a wide bedroom with a king siz bed, two terraces, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and living room with a kitchen.
