Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Porto Azzurro

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Federica è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per facilitare il nostro arrivo. L’appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, pulito e ordinato.. non mancava nulla! Grazie mille, speriamo di tornare presto!

Der persönliche Kontakt zu Giacomo war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner Lage außerhalb von Marciana Marina. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und auch die Berge. An die steile, enge Straße und auch Zufahrt zum Parkplatz haben wir uns recht schnell gewöhnt. Das Haus selbst und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Tipp, außer dem beschwehrlichen Zugang direkt vom Parkplatz, gibt es noch einen 2. Zugang etwas weiter oberhalb von der Straße. Über diesen lässt sich zB. das Gepäck leichter transportieren.

Séjour d'une semaine extrêmement agréable dans ce très bel appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et intelligemment conçu. Situé en plein centre historique de Capoliveri, avec accès immédiat à toutes les activités offertes par ce charmant village. Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Malgré la chaleur exceptionnellement élevée pour la saison, nous avons pu créer des conditions tout à fait supportables grâce aux ventilateurs et en créant des courants d'air, essentiellement au salon. Grâce à Birgit, nous avons disposé d'un garage à proximité de l'appartement, ce qui représentait un véritable luxe, au vu des difficultés à trouver une place de parking à certaines heures de la journée. Last but not least, l'appartement dispose d'une terrasse confortable et généreuse, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'île de Montecristo, où nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners et une grande partie de nos repas du soir, en profitant des petits airs frais du soir.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Eine sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung im Herzen des lebendigen und reizenden Städtchens Capoliveri. Sie war noch schöner als erwartet! Sowohl Restaurants als auch Geschäfte sind fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Verschiedene schöne Strände sind mit den Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Luca ist ein charmanter Gastgeber, der sich kümmert und sehr gut erreichbar ist.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Emmanuela und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und waren absolut zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung bietet eine angenehme Privatsphäre mit idyllischem Garten und nur wenigen Metern zum Strand mit Bar. Wir hatten eine paradiesische Woche und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Alles war vorhanden so wie in der Beschreibung steht. Wenn man aus der Tür raus geht hat man eine schönes Aussicht auf das Meer. Uns hat es gut gefallen, allerdings war für uns die Gegend zu langweilig, da man in Piombino nicht viel unternehmen konnte. Die Unterkunft als solches empfehle ich trotzdem weiter.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa : l'Elba e' un vero paradiso! Con i suoi mille colori ci ha incantato e pensiamo di ritornarci, quando sara' possibile , sempre nel delizioso appartamentino di Marzia . Posizionato nel centro di Rio dell'Elba - quindi comodo per i servizi - e' pero' tranquillo e ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza riposante e rigenerante. E' ottimamente attrezzato ed estremamente pulito ed ordinato. Marzia e' un host impeccabile : premurosa e molto disponibile a supportarci con informazioni e consigli.

Un’incantevole posizione, unica nella sua esclusività. rigenerante per la mente Spazi generosi anche per 4 persone con una terrazza che vale l’intero soggiorno!!! Spero di tornare presto a trovare Paola, persona squisita e disponibile

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Giorgio e Elena, un delizioso appartamento indipendente ricavato dalla loro abitazione. Pulito ed accogliente, e dotato di una veranda esterna davvero piacevole. Molto comoda la posizione per chi ha la macchina, in 5 minuti si è a Portoferraio. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno dato diversi suggerimenti sulle attività da svolgere sull'isola. Super consigliato.

Chris ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und zeigt dies auch. Die Appartments und das Areal sind sehr durchdacht. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert. Der Naturpool ist eine Wucht, er reinigt sich per Elektrolyse (Salz). Unsere Haut hat es gleich bemerkt und sich mit Glattheit bedankt. Chris, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in deine Oase und können uns Elba ohne dich kaum noch vorstellen. Love B+S

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Lorena und wurden herzlich empfangen mit Frühstück für den Anfang und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Lorena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer zur Stelle :-) Den Strand erreicht man auch mit kleinen Kindern super schnell über einen kleinen Schotterweg bergab und das Meer ist flach, ideal für Kinder. Kleiner Tipp: Moskito-Spray einpacken für den Draußenbereich im Juni ;-) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per due settimane. Maria Grazia è gentilissima e ci ha accolti facendoci sentire a casa da subito e rispondonendo subito quando abbiamo avuto qualche richiesta. Dal giardino la vista è fenomenale e la posizione è comoda (in 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono porto azzurro e il lido di Capoliveri, in 20 il Golfo di Lacona). In un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Capoliveri che la sera è sempre piacevolmente animato. Raccomandatissimo!

Posto molto bello e tranquillo. La spiaggia di Nisportino a 50 mt . Tutto come descritto. Cristiano e Sonia veramente tanto tanto gentili, ci hanno dato informazioni utili e sono stati sempre disponibili.

Ein schönes Airbnb mit privatem Parkplatz in ruhiger Gegend und kurzem Weg zur Fähre. Die Wohnung ist sauber & Lorenzo super nett! Check-In super einfach und Gastgeber immer erreichbar. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa
